#Surah Al-Baqarah: Hymns of Light

Clouds drift away,

Alif, Lam, Mim... dawn breaks,

Dew for the righteous.

Silence in the air,

Shadows of evil flee,

The pinnacle of Dhikr.

Wisdom of Names,

Angels prostrate in awe,

Adam walks the earth.

Hue of pure joy,

The golden heifer stands,

Stubbornness is slain.

Celestial Throne,

His Seat spans the heavens,

The Eternal never sleeps.

River of charity,

Wetting our parched hearts,

Usury is but fire.

Patience and prayer,

A bridge that leads us home,

To Divine solace.

Absolute faith,

The Messenger has believed,

The Seal of Light.

A gentle burden,

No soul is overtaxed,

Mercy and hope.

Le nuage s'en va,

Alif, Lam, Mim... l'aube point,

Rosée pour les pieux.

Silence des lieux,

L'ombre du mal s'enfuit,

Sommet du rappel.

Science des noms,

Les anges se prosternent,

Adam sur terre paraît.

Couleur de joie,

Vache d'or dans la plaine,

L'orgueil sacrifié.

Trône céleste,

Son Siège embrasse l'Ether,

L'أ‰ternel ne dort.

Fleuve d'aumône,

Irrigue nos cœurs arides,

L'usure n'est que feu.

Patience et prière,

Pont qui nous mène enfin,

Au réconfort divin.

Pure certitude,

Le Messager a cru,

Sceau de lumière.

Fardeau léger,

Nulle âme n'est accablée,

Pardon et espoir.

غيمٌ قد رحلْ

آلم.. فجرُ الهدى

للمتقينَ ندى.

صمتُ المكانْ

فرّتْ شياطينُ المدى

سِنامُ الذكرِ نجا.

عِلمُ الأسماءْ

سجدَ الملائكُ طاعةً

آدمُ في الأرضِ بدا.

لونٌ يسرُّ

بقرٌ وصفراءُ المدى

ذبحُ العنادِ هدى.

عرشٌ سماوي

كرسيُّهُ وسعَ المدى

قيومُ لا يغفو.

نهرُ الصدقةْ

يُسقي جفافَ قلوبنا

والرِّبا نارٌ وفنا.

صبرٌ صلاةْ

جسرٌ يمرُّ بنا إلى

جبرِ الإلهِ لنا.

محضُ اليقينْ

آمنَ الرسولُ بربِّهِ

ختمُ النورِ دنا.

حِملٌ خفيفْ

لا نُكلفُ فوقَ المدى

عفوٌ، غفرانٌ، رجا.
