#The Soul of Words#
O Arabic Tongue, O mother of beauty,
Your ocean of meaning has never run dry.
Thanks to you, I've learned to be a hero,
Not a mere object, passing like an echo.
You taught me that dignity is my fate,
And that my pride raises me, a sovereign stone.
On wings of light touching the sky,
Like an unshakable mountain, forever my own.
I walk with my head held high, a straight palm tree,
Refusing shadows and their vain decree.
I don't chase after what is empty or hollow,
For my sovereign brow births the divine Word to follow.
You taught me not to be a mere comma,
Nor the final dot of an unknown verse.
I am the line, the meaning, not a simple foam,
I am the story, the fabric, the absolute essence.
My words pour meaning deep into hearts,
Leaving lasting imprints, with no pain.
They touch the soul before the mind starts,
And are the silence that precedes the sound's domain.
I stand before the world, an exclamation point,
Full of certainty, a magnificent claim.
I do not bend, as a question mark bent,
Seeking my identity in a futile game.
I am the light that tears through the void,
The force that makes brows rise with pride.
I am the sovereign who gives birth to the Word,
The powerful speech my soul keeps inside.
My "I" is not vanity or an empty show,
But my identity, traced through time.
I am the source that makes souls overflow,
The powerful silence before the flames' sublime climb.
I am the Arab, the glory of ages in my veins,
I am the Arabic Tongue, of all words the queen.
I am the Arab, a light that fears darkness little,
My heritage is an eternal truth, so keen.
I am the Arab, faithful to my past, and I swear,
That Arabness in my tongue will always endure.
My "I" is not spoken from pride or passion's flare,
But I am the conscience of Right, the only reason pure.
