#The Heart, a Soul's True Glass#
To you, my friend, through every year,
Deeds speak out loud, so bright and clear.
Like dawn dispelling darkest night's embrace,
These moments, unveiled, reveal truth's space.
They strip the masks, lay bare each heart's deep core,
And show our standing, now and evermore,
Within the echo of the souls around,
A sincere mirror, where no lies are found.
It shows our being, all our worth defined,
Exposing falsehoods of the treacherous kind.
Humanity's features there are brought to light,
And destinies drawn beneath the starry night.
The soul takes pride in those who stand so true,
Or weeps for friends who played a part untrue.
And feelings, loyal friend, a vital beat,
The very pulse of life, so bittersweet.
They will not bend, nor compromise their pride,
No meager value can their worth deride.
They are the dignity of a spirit bold,
The self-respect that never can be sold.
How many pains, like bitter thorns that grew,
Began when souls accepted what's untrue,
Yielding their right to honor and to grace,
Losing all self-worth in that sad, empty space.
Seek not just love, a word so vast and wide,
A fleeting breeze where illusions hide.
It can conceal deceptions, soft and low,
The sweet deceit of words that falsely glow.
Instead, seek **sincerity**, **faith**'s pure art,
These rare jewels gleaming from the heart,
Beyond the clamor of what actions show,
Before the whispers of clear words can flow.
For words, at times, are dazzling, yet deceive,
Adorning falsehoods, making us believe.
But **actions** stand as witnesses so true,
They never lie, revealing all to you.
They are the honest language of the soul,
Seek actions that make feelings truly whole,
The **loyalty** that shines through every test,
**Fidelity** that puts all fears to rest.
For love uncrowned by truth, no genuine flame,
Is but a mirage in a desert game.
It vanishes with dawn's first golden ray,
Leaving behind just bitterness and dismay.
